Ozma is a visionary leader with over 17 years of experience in education, specialising in guiding institutions through accreditation and authorisation processes. Recognised by Qatar’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education for her pioneering contributions to the STEM field, Ozma is an award-winning educator who brings a wealth of expertise to Certified CPD.

In her role as Head of School, Ozma has overseen academic operations, curriculum development, and student growth, consistently ensuring the highest standards of excellence. She is dedicated to driving innovation in curriculum design and implementing student-centred approaches that support holistic learning. Her leadership and collaborative efforts with parents, staff, and stakeholders foster continuous improvement and create supportive learning environments.

Karima Khan brings over 25 years of rich experience in training and development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results across corporate and government sectors. Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, Karima has worked internationally, from France and England to the Middle East, allowing her to engage with diverse audiences.
Her expertise lies in establishing educational institutes, including successful ventures in London, and in delivering comprehensive team-building programmes that are designed to inspire and unify teams.​
