Refund policy Digital Content - Toolkits

Please note no refunds are offered for toolkits purchased from the website. Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered almost instantaneously, and consumers can use them immediately after purchase. Because of this immediate access and usage, it's impractical to equate digital products with physical goods, which can be returned in their original condition.

Once a customer has accessed a digital product, such as software, an eBook, or digital art, they can't 'return' it in the true sense. They retain the product they downloaded, making it impossible for the seller to control copies or usage after the transaction, potentially leading to unauthorised distribution or piracy.

Refund for in-person training course

For in-person bookings, it's important to understand that securing venues often entails substantial deposits or full payments in advance, particularly for popular locations or peak periods. These venues usually enforce specific cancellation policies, which may result in limited or no refunds for cancellations. Consequently, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, in cases of exceptional circumstances, we may be able to accommodate you in a subsequent course.
